In 2023, while training her new cocker spaniel, Willow, Aimee found it challenging to find working dog accessories that were both functional and stylish. Frustrated with the limited options, she decided to take matters into her own hands. Teaching herself leatherworking through countless tutorial videos and plenty of trial and error, Aimee soon realised that leather wasn’t practical for her mud and water-loving spaniel.

Determined to find a better solution, she discovered waterproof webbing materials. After months of designing and perfecting her creations, Aimee crafted a range of durable and attractive collars and leads. And so, in 2024, Willabean was born.
